When making purchases on www.lalibrairiefrancaise.hu, we recommend that you:
- read our terms and conditions of sale, as well as the delivery and payment terms, before placing any order;
- keep a record of the information relating to your order (order number, confirmation email);
- keep a record of the financial information relating to the transaction (transaction ID, authorisation number);
- ensure that no unauthorised person has access to the confidential details of your bank card;
- use an up-to-date browser supporting SSL encryption.
Invoice request
If you would like to receive an invoice, it will be sent to you by email or by post, according to the instructions provided when placing your order.
Delivery areas
We deliver within Hungary via GLS Csomag-Logisztikai Kft.
For deliveries outside Hungary, please contact us in advance by email at info@lalibrairiefrancaise.hu: we will provide you with a personalised quote based on the destination country, weight and volume of your order.
Delivery times
The average delivery time is one week from the confirmation of your order. This may extend to two weeks when books must be ordered from our distributors.
In-store pick-up
Free pick-up at the bookshop is available for any order placed online. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the shop.
Delivery costs within Hungary
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the parcel (VAT included):
- 1 – 2 kg: 2,500 HUF
- 1 – 5 kg: 2,800 HUF
- 1 – 10 kg: 2,900 HUF
- 1 – 20 kg: 3,500 HUF
- 1 – 25 kg: 3,800 HUF
- 1 – 30 kg: 4,700 HUF
- 1 – 40 kg: 6,000 HUF
